About Jonathan

Jonathan is a fourth-generation Real Estate Broker in the Riverbend area, carrying on a proud family tradition rooted in hard work and integrity. He first got a glimpse of the business as a kid, tagging along with his father, Ted Prehn, while they fixed up old commercial properties. In addition to his real estate career, Jonathan is a full-time farmer and cattle producer in Jersey County, working with his father at Turkey Ridge Cattle Co. and Richard “Max” Heitzig Farms. His deep connection to the land gives him a unique perspective and expertise when it comes to agricultural and recreational properties. An avid outdoorsman, Jonathan spends his spare time with his yellow lab, Cooper, chasing waterfowl, Illinois whitetail, or standing knee-deep in a trout stream.
