Clearwater Properties of Idaho, Inc. joined the Clearwater family of real estate companies
in 2014. From our office in Coeur d’Alene, the recreational heartland of the state, we are
pleased to offer Idaho the signature Clearwater attributes of high ethical standards, 5-star
service, and maximum exposure for listings. We also believe in acting as stewards of the
communities we serve, and proudly give back a portion of all real estate proceeds to local
charitable causes.

Northern Idaho, a partnership that multiplies our own marketing efforts to get properties

Broker/Owner Kelsie Wetherell (RRS) has over 15 years of experience in real estate, and
is a multimillion dollar producer and certified Resort & Recreation Specialist. Kelsie is
also a local expert, bringing to her clients a wealth of information about Idaho land and
resources. Outside the office, she enjoys skiing and snowshoeing, hunting, trap shooting,
and other outdoor pursuits.
