About Josie

Josie loves the life she has built for her family in Kootenai River Country, where family is at the heart of everything she does. She and her husband, Chris, are proud parents of five children and can often be found enjoying the outdoors together. A lifelong resident of the Northwest, Josie graduated from Troy High School in 1998 and has an intimate knowledge of the area. She enjoys running, hiking, biking, camping, and embracing all that Montana’s outdoors has to offer. Josie brings real estate experience to her work, having spent six years selling properties while attending college in North Idaho, giving her the expertise to guide clients successfully through buying and selling homes. In addition to real estate, she is a Certified Pharmacy Technician and works part-time at Cabinet Peaks Medical Center Pharmacy, while her husband co-owns Kootenai Drug and True Value Hardware in Troy. With her deep community roots, local knowledge, and dedication to family and clients, Josie provides a personal and professional approach to every real estate transaction.
