Jeff built his career leading healthcare organizations across the country, running multi-site systems, negotiating complex partnerships, and securing hundreds of millions of dollars in capital along the way. But underneath all of that, the job was always the same: earn trust, communicate honestly, negotiate thoughtfully, and do right by the people he served. Those principles never changed, and they're the same ones that guide how Jeff approaches real estate today.

Jeff's relationship with Montana began on his very first visit in 1990. It didn't take long to realize there was something different about this place. Over the years, that feeling only grew stronger. When he made Montana his home in 2006 to lead a major regional health system, he knew he wasn't just changing his address, he was living where his soul had wanted to be all along. In the years since, Jeff has become woven into the fabric of the community, serving on boards including the Montana Hospital Association, the Missoula Economic Partnership, and BCBS of Montana. Through those experiences, he has come to know Montana's people, land, and lifestyle from the inside out.

When the time came to choose the next chapter of his career, Jeff had opportunities to continue in healthcare leadership. Instead, he chose to build a life and business in the place that had given him so much.
