About Ty

A native of Springfield, MO, Ty has always had a deep appreciation for the outdoors, spending his youth hunting and fishing on his grandparents’ farm near Boonville. He attended the University of Missouri, where he played four years of collegiate baseball while earning a degree in Business Administration, often balancing practice with time in the deer stand. After completing his baseball career at the University of Arkansas and earning a Master’s in Operations Management, Ty returned to central Missouri and obtained his real estate license. Today, he combines his love for the land with his business expertise to help clients buy and sell rural and recreational properties. Passionate about guiding others through the real estate process, Ty enjoys staying connected to his family farm while assisting clients in achieving their property goals.
